TITLE is a phone-first educational overlay. You paste a title commitment or Sch. B excerpt. You get a heuristic gap checklist (easement specificity, survey exception, vesting, legal fidelity, open exceptions, commitment date). That is the whole product. Labeled assumptions · soft filter, not a kill
Pack $49/file ROT. If one file’s Sch. B eyeball + remake notes takes 45 minutes at $70/hr loaded examiner time = $52.50, then $49 is about 1.05× on time alone. A 2× claim only holds if that overlay also avoids about one extra hour of remake / callback on the same file (45 min + 60 min = $122.50 vs $49). Assumption only — not a guarantee.
Pilot $499/mo ROT. If the aisle recovers 8 hours/month at $70/hr = $560 vs Pilot $499 → about 1.1×. A 3× claim only holds if about 21 hours/month are actually saved. TITLE on that aisle is the paper overlay, not a SoftPro replacement. Soft filter — these numbers do not kill the offer if your desk is slower or faster.
Human owns Send / Submit
You send. We do not stamp.
TITLE never mails, never writes SoftPro, never moves a wire, and never claims an underwriter stamp. The human on the file owns Send and Submit. That is the product posture — not a footnote.
