Lead magnet · attempt-log QA · not counsel

A field checklist on the attempt notes — before anyone files.

SERVICE is a cheap educational pack. You paste (or load) a process-server attempt log. The page maps common affidavit fields and marks what looks present or missing. It is paper QA on the notes. It is not a process-server, not a court filing, and it does not claim service was legally sufficient.

Hard rails. Not legal advice. Educational demo. Synthetic sample data. A human owns Send / Submit / file — this page does not e-file, mail, or stamp “service complete.” Magnet Stripe HOLD on the $19 pack (mailto only). Live Stripe is SettleUp Pilot $499 only.

What it does

Attempt log in. Field gaps out. You still own the filing.

Features are checklist hygiene, not a sufficiency opinion. Benefits are fewer bounced affidavits from blank times and blank addresses — if a human actually fills the gaps.

Features

  • Paste notes or load a synthetic three-attempt sample.
  • Eight affidavit-field rows: date/time, address tried, manner, recipient, diligence, papers, server ID, outcome.
  • GAP / PASS chips with educational field labels — not legal cites as holdings.
  • Watermarked pack preview; mailto unlock at $19 (band $8–25).
  • Browser-only. Nothing uploads. Restart returns the desk to empty.

Benefits (soft)

  • See missing clock times and blank attempts before counsel redlines the return.
  • Same job as a sticky checklist — on this log, not a forgotten spreadsheet tab.
  • Refuse on empty or nonsense so the demo does not invent a clean affidavit.
  • Standalone pack if you only want the paper QA; Pilot aisle if you want the suite.

Honest compare · educational QA only

Next to process-server tools and spreadsheet checklists — not above them

Serve platforms already run the job. Affidavit templates already print blanks. Spreadsheets already hold a list. SERVICE does not replace those desks. It is an attempt-log field QA overlay. It does not determine that service was (or was not) legally sufficient.

On the desk today What it already does Honest limit SERVICE pack (this page)
Process-server platforms Jobs, GPS, photos, generated affidavits — the operational system of record. SoR is not a “was this legally sufficient?” stamp. SERVICE is not that SoR. We do not dispatch servers, store GPS, or file returns. Paper QA only.
Affidavit form packs Blank fields ready for a notary / filing packet. A blank form does not read the notes you already typed. We read this log for missing fields. We do not produce a sworn return.
Spreadsheet checklists Cheap, officer-owned, no vendor lock. Rows drift. Easy to skip. No blotter on this attempt log. Same job, live on these notes — not a prettier spreadsheet product.
SERVICE pack Educational GAP / PASS on common affidavit fields. Heuristic only. No sufficiency claim. No skip-trace. No e-file. Standalone $19 mailto, or add to SettleUp Pilot $499. Dual-mode, not a new brand.

Breakable path · refuse is the feature

Try the happy path. Then try to break it.

Empty paste and nonsense text are supposed to REFUSE — loud, no invented times or addresses. Restart clears the desk. That is resilience, not a crash.

ROI / ROT · labeled assumptions · soft filter

$19 pack as return-on-time — not a kill claim

Soft framing only. The pack sits in an $8–25 toothpick band. Featured CTA is $19. Multipliers stay on this block, not in the hero.

Labeled assumption · not a guarantee

If a bounced affidavit costs 40 minutes of server or paralegal redo at a fully loaded $45/hr = $30 desk time, vs pack $19 → about 1.6× return-on-time. A claim only holds if about 75 minutes are actually saved at that rate. Hours and rates are assumptions you can change. This does not price a quashed service, a default, or “service that was legally sufficient.” Soft filter only.

SERVICE is an educational / QA checklist product for process-server attempt notes. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship.
